You will have unobstructed views of the gulf from our windows and deck. There are no houses between us and the water. In two or three minutes you are at the beach. At the crossing to the beach there is a median and the road curves so it is an easy navigation to the beach. We have a large picnic table under the house which is the center of our outdoor activities. An outdoor shower is available for after the beach.

Our association also has a wonderful pool that is nicely landscaped and has bbq pits and picnic tables under a pavilion. There is a shade area as well. It is a great alternative for little ones or for a fresh dip after the beach.

This is a modern home (2000) with a large modern common room with double French doors that open to the deck. The kitchen has upgraded Kenmore appliances, a pantry, and the washer and dryer.

One bedroom has a new double bunk (single over double). The open loft has a brand new pullout queen sofa. The upper level master suite has a queen size bed, crib, and separate deck facing the beach. Come pamper yourself and family with a view that is unmatched on the north side of 3005. Beachfront view at a bayside price!
